Instructions
Making the Citrus Syrup: Put the listed components inside a pan, bring to a gentle boil, agitating so the sugar melts. Then, turn off the burner allowing it to cool fully. Decant into a sterilised bottle, seal and store in the fridge, where it will keep for about one month.
To make Premix: Mix every liquid ingredients into a big jug, allow it to infuse for one hour, then filter it preferably using cheesecloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
To serve: Pour 85ml from the premix into your mixing glass filled with ice, and agitate gently for one minute to cool it down. Strain to a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, decorate with some cranberries and complete it by giving it a brief mist of the essential oil over the top.
